1. Refund Eligibility

• If service delivery is not completed within 72 working hours of agreement submission, you may request a full refund.
• If the delivered product is defective or does not function as described, you may request a refund within 5 days of delivery.

2. What’s Not Refundable

• Refunds are not available for issues caused by market fluctuations or external factors beyond our control.
• Self-inflicted issues (e.g., user error) are not eligible for refund.
