REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Eligibility
- If service delivery is not completed within 72 working hours of agreement submission, you may request a full refund.
- If the delivered product is defective or does not function as described, you may request a refund within 5 days of delivery.
2. What’s Not Refundable
- Refunds are not available for issues caused by market fluctuations or external factors beyond our control.
- Self-inflicted issues (e.g., user error) are not eligible for refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vertexalgotrading.com with your order details and a clear explanation of your request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 working days.
